In Mega Python VS Gatoroid, Dr. Nikki Riley (Debbie Gibson) and a group of animal activists break into a house and steal dozens of exotic pythons before setting them free in the Florida Everglades. But the snakes grow at an alarming rate causing the rapid death of many native alligators in a number of days. Human deaths quickly follow when park ranger Terry O’Hara (Tiffany) sends out hunters to terminate the giant snakes. Terry’s fiancé was part of the deceased pack of hunters and she vows to avenge her lover’s death by feeding the alligators anabolic steroids. The alligators now have the aggression and strength to fight the snakes to the death. As the Mega Python and Gatoroid fight takes place, Nikki and Terry endure their own fight to desperately keep their favoured animal alive.
